"My Country My Home": The Film Launched To Produce By Myanmar & Japan

The launching ceremony of “My country my home” film which will be jointly produced by Japan and Myanmar took place in Yangon, on Monday.

MNTV and JIB broadcasting channels are working together to create a film named “My country My home” which will be made with the shootings in Myanmar and Japan. The aim of the film is to make strengthen friendly relationship between Myanmar and Japan.

President (FTA), Shwe Than Lwin Media Co., Ltd, Nan Mouk Laung Saing said “Ever one should have a patriotic spirit for the country. Myanmar has the rich and magnificent histories to mention the country. The actors and actress will play a vital role of creating the excellent film. We will hold the press conference in Japan too.”

The film stars from Japan and Myanmar will portray in this film. Myanmar repeated academy award winner, actor Yan Aung shared his feeling on the film.

Actor, Yan Aung said “I am very proud of participation in this film. The film will be made the background story based on 8888 uprising. The shooting will start at Myanmar and Japan simultaneously. I plan to act of my character to my best.”

The scenes will be set up in Shan state, Inle lake; Fuji and the most tourist destination places in Japan will be included.

Senior Director, JIB tv, Hidetoshi Nakamoto said “We worked together with MNTV in the last year. So I got the idea to create a film in cooperation with it. The shooting crew will set in across Japan including little Yangon from Japan, Buddha statue, Fuji district and other places.”

The shooting of the film will start in the next week and they plan to screen the film to the public in the next year.
